Usually. At minimum we need logs and deployment details. If access is restricted, I can work with someone on your team to run checks.

Do you work with cPanel/WHM and AWS?

Yes. I regularly troubleshoot both traditional hosting stacks and AWS setups (EC2/ALB/RDS).
