We provide website setup, launch, and ongoing hosting/maintenance services for small business websites based on the plan selected at checkout.

2. Billing Structure

Your initial checkout payment is a one-time setup fee. Annual renewal billing begins one year after your purchase date and continues yearly unless canceled according to your agreement.

3. Hosting Baseline for Small Sites

Plan pricing assumes a small website workload and monthly bandwidth usage under 5 GB per month. This baseline supports typical local business traffic and normal operational use.

4. High-Traffic or "Viral" Growth

If traffic grows significantly, including a viral event or sustained usage beyond the baseline, your site may require dedicated or higher-capacity hosting resources. In those cases, additional infrastructure and management fees may apply. We will notify you and provide options before making major hosting changes.

5. AWS Migration and Scaling Support

When your site outgrows small-site hosting, we can assist with migration to AWS infrastructure designed for better scaling and reliability. Migration and ongoing AWS costs are billed separately based on scope, architecture, and operational requirements.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful content, required licenses, and compliance obligations related to your business and website operations.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when published on this page.
